Terms and Conditions

  1. Scheduling & Travel Fee. A non-refundable $140 scheduling and fuel fee is required for all service appointments. This fee secures your appointment time and covers standard travel within a service radius of 80 miles from either side of the Skyway Bridge tollbooth.
  2. Extended Travel Surcharge. For service locations exceeding 80 miles from either Skyway Bridge tollbooth, an additional charge of $0.50 per mile will apply. This surcharge will be calculated and communicated during the scheduling process.
  3. Labor rates. Upon arrival, labor is billed at a rate of $140 per hour.
  4. Diagnostic fees. Powertrain diagnostics are billed at a flat rate of 1 hour of labor. Accessory diagnostics are billed at 0.25 hours per accessory. If a sea trial is required for proper diagnostics, any additional time or fees will be discussed and approved in advance.
  5. Service estimates and approvals.  Following diagnostics, a detailed estimate for labor and parts will be provided before any repair work begins. No work will proceed without customer approval.
  6. Changes during service. If there are any changes to the scope of work, labor requirements, or parts needed after service has begun, all revisions will be clearly communicated and must be approved by the customer prior to implementation.

Return and Refund Policy

    Parts Return Policy
 

  • Only uninstalled, unused parts in original packaging may be eligible for return, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Parts that have been installed, used, damaged, or custom-ordered are not returnable or refundable.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 40 days of service.

    Refunds for Services Rendered
 

  • Due to the nature of mobile mechanical services, labor and diagnostics are non-refundable once completed.
  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to pre-existing mechanical conditions, incorrect information provided by the customer, or declined recommendations.

   Cancellations & Rescheduling
 

  • Appointments canceled with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled one time without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows forfeit the $150 scheduling fee.
  • To cancel or reschedule, contact us directly via phone or email.

   Warranty & Satisfaction
 

  • Parts may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, which will be passed on to the customer when applicable.
  • We guarantee our labor for 30 days from the service date, covering workmanship only (not including wear-and-tear or unrelated issues).
  • If any concerns arise after service, please notify us immediately so we can inspect and address the issue. warranty@marivoxmarine.com
